Moments after the release of Sarah Wairimu , the prime suspect in Tob Cohen’s murder. Kenyans on Twitter have expressed their dissatisfaction over the same citing inconsistencies within the judicial system when handling murder cases.
Their infuriation was motivated by the fact that Joseph Irungu alias Jowie, who is suspected of killing Monica Kimani last year is still in remand more than a year.
The users have further blasted the judiciary for making justice too expensive in that it’s only a few who are released over capital offenses.
“Now that Sarah Wairimu has been granted bail, forgive my short memory, can one of you remind me if Jowie Irungu was released on bail or not? Ama judiciary ni shamba la wanyama?.
The rich has it. Time will tell..!!!” Read one of the tweets.
Another person poured his anger in a tweet that read,

Sarah Cohen was freed today on a Ksh 2 million cash bail upon fulfilling other demands as made by the court.
