She stood outside every night
Pointed at the brightest star
And said “that one’s mine”
Because she deeply believed,
That she owned
What she could not touch
She dreamt of
Warm cottages in rainy forests,
The universe and the Milky Way,
And everything in between,
Where the essence of dreams were brewed
Sipping slowly
From the everlasting cup
Filled with
The tears of the fountain of youth.
She closed her eyes every night outside
To taste with her mind
The smell of rebirth and dominance
Because if ever the sky was remade
Then it would be colored the letters of her name
